Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide fast shipping from our warehouses.

Product Shipping time: 2-5 days

Shipping Rate: $10 AUD for all order.

PROCESSING

All shipping will be from our Sydney warehouse ADS.

All orders received before 2pm will be sent out that day - any orders after this will be sent out the following day. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. 

All shipping information must be correct at the time of order or this could lead to shipping delays.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes 
that may be applied when ordering overseas/ internationally. 
The Haute Online are not responsible for delays due to customs.
